Your first appointment

At your initial appointment, please follow the signs to the Clinic area of the houes and take a seat in the waiting area. Consent forms will be available for you to sign here if you have not had a chance to do them online beforehand. During the session I will collate a detailed case history about your present complaint, medical history and general health/lifestyle. Using this and the information from an examination of your body I will explain why the symptoms have presented themselves and discuss with you a treatment plan and expected outcome. Treatment will commence at this session with your consent.

Medical insurance

Many private health insurance policies provide cover for you to reclaim for the cost of osteopathic treatment . Receipts can be provided so that you may reclaim from your insurer.

Cancellations

Please give us 24 hours notice where possible if you need to cancel to leave a free spot to other patients who need it.
